¶ A. Message Summary
A high-level view of your current month's messaging statistics:
- Compositions: The total number of unique messages you've created and dispatched this month.
- Total Messages Sent: The total count of unique individuals who have received messages this month.
¶ B. Subscription
This section outlines your account's standing and overall subscriber base.
Subscription Status:
- Active: Your account is in good standing, and message delivery is fully enabled.
- Suspension Pending: There's an issue with your account. Action is required. Please contact your Customer Admin and/or Billing Admin.
- Suspended: Message sending is currently unavailable due to an account issue. Please contact your Customer Admin and/or Billing Admin.
Subscriber & Fee Details:
- Total Subscribers: The cumulative number of unique users registered to receive your communications.
- Monthly Subscriptions: A list of your current subscriptions and their associated fees.
- Note: Message sending fees are separate, and your subscription fee may vary based on your subscriber count.
¶ C. Recent Message Activity
View your most recent sending history and access key tools over the last 7 days.
- Message: This is the number of unique compositions sent on this account.
- Recipients: This is the number of total recipients of messages from this account.
- Chart: Provides a visual breakdown of unique compositions and total recipients.
- Message Log: Displays a detailed log of all messages sent within the last 7 days.
Quick Access Buttons
- All sent messages: Takes you to the complete Message Log.
- Compose Message: Directs you to the message Composition tool.
¶ D. Unpaid Invoices
This section displays any outstanding unpaid invoices, showing the due date, amount, and the date of your next invoice.
- Pay: Button takes you to the Pay screen.
- All Invoices: Button takes you to the Invoices.
- Pay Methods: Button takes you to the Payment Settings screen.
¶ E. Sign-up Page
Quickly access and utilize the page your subscribers use to subscribe to your service.
- URL: TextCaster has automatically created a hyperlink for your sign-up page (formerly called the ASA). You can insert this URL into your email promotions and other online materials.
- Copy URL: Click this to copy the link and paste it into announcements.
- Try Link: Click the “Try Link” to open and view the sign-up page.
- Add Link to Your Business’ Website: We automatically generate the HTML code for a "Sign up Now!" hyperlink. You can embed this code anywhere on your business website to easily promote your service.
